General Policies

Gift Wrap & Small Card $5.00 (per individual child's name)
Would you like your item(s) Gift Wrapped?
If so, type "GIFT WRAP" in the COMMENTS SECTION on the Billing Screen and we will add the charge(s) to your total once the order has been received by us.
If ordering "Gift Wrapping" for more than 1 child per orderform, please indicate which child's items require Gift Wrapping, or state "Gift Wrap - All".

Shipping Policies

We offer Standard USPS for shipping methods and delivery times.

We normally ship within 3-5 days from the time your completed order information is received (except for HOLIDAY SEASONS - when shipping could be up to 2 weeks!!). If your item is out of stock, you will be notified via email.

For USPS Express Mail, USPS OverNight or FEDEX Delivery...Please call 323 292-0213 or email storytimebooks@att.net for price quotes.
(USPS Express Mail rates start at $16.50).
If order is being sent to Mexico, Canada or Internationally, you will receive an email to advise you of the additional shipping charges (if applicable). Global Priority Flat Rate charges start at $11.95.

Taxes

We collect 8.25% California state sales tax when the billing address is within California.

Order Cancellation Policies

Personalized Items - Only prior to our receipt of personalized order information.

For Bulk Wholesale Items - cancellation will only be accepted within 3 DAYS of order/invoice acceptance.

Return Policies

Because of personalization in the books...all sales are final. Please check your spelling and all order information, before submitting the order. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information or spelling supplied by you. If however, we make a mistake, we will gladly replace the item. We will also fix an error/mistake made by you for a nominal charge, contact us for details.

Pewter Frames, Fish Tanks and Canvas Totebags will be excepted for return minus S&H and a 20% restocking fee.

Wholesale Orders are NOT RETURNABLE/NOT REFUNDABLE. Please make sure you only order the quantites you actually want/need.
